The personnel module consists of four parts: Service management to define the company's main structure; Employee management to enter employee information into the system, assign employees to different departments, and maintain employee details; Workflow management to create a systematic structure with multi-level management; Configurations to add document details for each employee.
The Device Module defines the communication settings to connect devices. Communication with devices will only succeed once the communication settings are properly defined. Once communication is established, you can view information on connected devices and perform operations such as remote monitoring, uploading, and downloading.
The Attendance Module collects and processes attendance data for all employees, manages their work schedules, leave requests, and generates all transaction and schedule reports.
The access control module defines the period, holidays, access groups, unlocking combinations, etc. It also manages access control settings such as door lock delay, door sensor, anti-passback, duress options, etc.
The Payroll Module calculates each employee's salary by taking into account allowances, deductions, expenses, loans, and salary advances. Payroll formulas can be assigned so that salary can be incremented/deducted based on variables.
The Visitor Module is integrated with the access control module to provide a way to easily control, register, and track visitors. It implements entry registration, exit registration, visitor reservation, etc.
Simple meeting management helps users manage meeting devices, meeting rooms, meeting applications, meeting participants, and participant attendance.
The MTD module obtains mask and body temperature detection device check records and generates mask and body temperature statistics and reports. If a staff member has a higher body temperature or is not wearing a mask, an email notification will be sent to the staff member, the system superuser, and the system user authorized to access the service to which the staff member belongs. Additionally, if the staff member's APP status is enabled, the software will also send a notification to the corresponding staff member's APP account.
The system module assigns system users and configures their roles. It defines system settings and manages system operation logs.

The mobile app is designed for iOS and Android users to clock in and out from anywhere using their mobile device. The APP allows employees to report and verify attendance on their mobile devices. It uses GPS information, which benefits management to ensure that the employee is in the right place to work. The app can be paired with the mobile device using a username and password supported by the server.
