OBLIGATION TO RECORD WORKING TIME

Art. 46 LTr requires employers to keep registers and documents needed for the enforcement of the law and its ordinances available to the authorities. OLT 1 (art. 73) specifies daily and weekly working hours (including compensatory and overtime) as well as breaks of half an hour or more.

Choice of identification methods and consent configuration ensure compliance with European (GDPR) and Swiss (FADP 2023) data protection laws.
